Susan Melchert, MBA, AAS Susan graduated from Washington State University — Vancouver, where she received her Master´s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

Susan's career began in the photographic industry, however by 1990 as silver was quickly moving to digital, she went back to school to pursue an MBA. The year was 1993 and academia was the place to be to learn about technology. While at WSU she worked for Vancouver Information Services. Faculty, staff and students benefited from her ability to teach technical concepts to a wide range of learners.

Armed with her MBA and technical skills, Susan took a position at Holland America Cruise Line as a Systems Analyst and Technical Trainer. She converted over 1500 corporate users from Lotus to the Microsoft Office suite of products. While no small task, Susan saw it as an opportunity to put her business skills to work — selling users the features and demonstrating the benefits of upgrading to the latest technology.

In 2002 Susan returned to school to complete a degree in Software Programming Technology. She now welcomes the opportunity to help other women through the business and technology forest of knowledge. Susan understands technology and how to explain it to non-technical users. (resume for more details)

Alice Goodman, BS, MCSEAlice Goodman has been working with technology for 25 years, initially with Mainframes, and now with networks and PC’s. She specializes in e-mail, especially Outlook, often providing executive coaching. Along the way she has been a creative designer of documentation, manuals, installation guides, promotional and presentation materials.

Her 20+ years working with corporate clients has provided a broad technical knowledge of operating systems, network security and optimization along with well honed problem solving skills. Working in Corporate has also required her to frequently negotiate unique solutions to complex problems while maintaining a great sense of humor. She has received several awards at various employers for both exemplary customer service, and creative and innovative thinking in solving technical situations.
