Susan Melchert, MBA, Technology
Susan tackles her work with a passion for efficiency; a true teacher at heart. She lives to help small business owners wrestle their technology into business alignment.

Susan Melchert has over 10 years of experience training with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word in addition to technical training with web applications and online marketing. As a consultant for the last 6 years, Susan has embraced the small business community sharing her tips and tricks on how to integrate technology to reduce overhead and streamline processes. Her enthusiasm and wit demonstrate her passion for teaching, be it financial statement analysis, project management or internet advertising. Either way, she feels comfortable fielding questions utilizing her M.B.A. from WSU-V and her programming degree from Cascadia in Bothell. Resume

Alice has been an MCSE since 1998. She loves to make technology work for people.

Pattie has been a CPA since 2000. She loves teaching people the language of business (accounting).

Alice Goodman, BS, MCSEAlice Goodman has been working with technology for 25 years, initially with Mainframes, and now with networks and PC’s. She specializes in e-mail, especially Outlook, often providing executive coaching. Along the way she has been a creative designer of documentation, manuals, installation guides, promotional and presentation materials.

Her 20+ years working with corporate clients has provided a broad technical knowledge of operating systems, network security and optimization along with well honed problem solving skills. Working in Corporate has also required her to frequently negotiate unique solutions to complex problems while maintaining a great sense of humor. She has received several awards at various employers for both exemplary customer service, and creative and innovative thinking in solving technical situations.

Pattie Montgomery, CPA Pattie loves teaching owners accounting basics by using language the lay person can easily understand. She enjoys helping owners setup accounting systems that are easy to maintain and provide control over the critical elements such as cash flow. Pattie can provide guidance on the proper entity for your business, bookkeeping review services, tax consulting, and tax review services.

Pattie has been working with small to medium size businesses since starting in public accounting in 1998. She has experience with many different accounting software packages including Small Business Accounting (Microsoft), QuickBooks, and MYOB. In addition, Pattie has experience with various tax software including LaCerte, ProSystem tax, and GoSystem tax.
